Taste Exchange: an Event
(in collaboration with Sari Kivinen) 2013 - 2015 Public Intervention/Exchange The public share a story related to a food ingredient in exchange for an experience in the form of a surprise (taste, smell, texture) box, as a way to share and promote intercultural sharing in the community.
